working with for a couple months now and he is working on a program called 100
steps. This program is built around the idea that getting in shape, eating
right, and living longer is done in small steps. Take your first step TODAY and
eat 1 healthy meal, or sweat for 30 minutes. Eliminate sweets and anything else
you struggle with. Write it down and have someone hold you accountable.
